Refunds on Purchases
All transactions on this site will be billed to you by Infinity Solutions 365 Limited. This is a registered company in the UK.
Event Tickets, Virtual Chat Packages, Session Bookings, and Tributes
All sales of these products are final.
Prior to making purchases of these products you should seek to satisfy any queries you may have about said purchase.
In the case of scheduled events or chats it is your responsibility to remember the time as well as pertinent associated details of your bookings. Make sure you have the email address as well as mode of communication resolved and you are aware which to use. For events make sure you have your copy of the event address. This will be sent out to attending members only. Should you misplace the address, kindly email Mistress on email@example.com with your confirmation email and she will resend the details to you.
Failure on your part to turn up on time – or choose not to attend – does not constitute grounds for refund.
Losing your nerve does not constitute grounds for refund.
All sales of this product are final.
For the purpose of this guide digital products refers to text, audio or visual files sold through this site (video, images, illustrations).
You can only request a refund if the digital product is not functional and is broken. If the content of the product is not satisfactory to your liking, unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. All sales are final.
If you notice multiple charges for the same transaction then contact our payment gateway provider. We have no direct control over billing or payments and are therefore unable to effect any change on your behalf. We can however co-operate with the process to the best of our ability and will provide them any relevant information about your purchase to assist in the refund of your goods.

From time to time we will sell physical products from this site.
These have a strict no refund policy. The products are dispatched to you in the condition you see on the website. They are intended to be in a worn and well used state as this is the fetish niche they cater to. All sales of worn items are final.
We currently also sell new fetish products from this store.
In the case of stock products; that is products that have already been created and are in our warehouse there is a 14 day returns policy.
We do not offer a refund on:
- Custom made outfits or products.
- CDs or DVDs
- Lingerie or underwear
- Any perishables
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please return them to us within 14 days of the request in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. They must be unused and in their original packaging with any tags or seals still attached and intact.
We strongly recommend you use at least Post Office Recorded Delivery as this allows you a tracking number that gives you peace of mind your parcel found its way back to us.
If you purchase a product during a promotional sale or at a discount, we will only refund you the amount that you paid. If the product was part of a package – for example with a free gift or part of a buy one get one free offer – then all products in the package must be returned in order for your refund claim to be processed.
Processing your return
As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will begin to process your refund. We aim to do this as quickly as possible, but sometimes this can take up to 10 working days from date of delivery.
Please allow us enough time to complete this before chasing up your refund. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your returned item, and another once we have completed the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs which you may have paid when placing your order.
International Taxes, Duties and Delivery Charges
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You will be refunded the Tax Free price of the products returned. Certain countries operate schemes for consumers to reclaim import taxes and duties however this will require a specific application by you to your local government or authority. We are unable to support these applications or support the return of import taxes and duties in countries that do not offer this scheme.
